"Really easy checkout experience"
I bought a dress from kookai.com.au and the checkout was really smooth. I didn’t have to click around a bunch, and the payment went through first try, which is always a relief. I also liked that the delivery options and total cost were really clear before I paid. The order confirmation came through straight away too. Overall, super easy and I’d definitely use it again.

I’ve ordered a few dresses and tops from Kookai now, and the sizing has been really consistent every time. I usually just stick with my regular size and it fits pretty much how I expect, which makes online shopping so much less stressful. My sister actually got me onto Kookai, so it’s kind of become one of those brands I trust when I need something nice without overthinking it. I haven’t had to return anything so far, which is always a win. Happy overall.

"Wish there were more size options"
I like the product, but I really wish they offered more sizes. The usual company wording about fit and comfort sounds nice, but it doesn’t help much when the size you actually need isn’t available. More options would make a big difference.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I returned a dress that didn’t fit quite right, and the refund was actually quicker than I expected. It took a few days after they received it back, but I didn’t have to chase anyone or follow up. I would’ve liked a couple more update emails along the way, but overall it was actually a smooth experience.

"Nice Quality, Maybe a Bit Pricey?"
I’ve picked up a few tops and a dress from Kookai, and the fabric does feel really nice. It’s soft, has a good thickness to it, and it doesn’t go all weird after one wash, which I always appreciate. I’m giving 4 stars because some pieces do feel a little overpriced for what they are… although maybe I’m just being picky? Overall though, I’ve been happy with the quality.

"Cute pieces, a bit pricey"
Kookai always seems to have the nicest on-trend stuff. I mean, it’s not exactly cheap, but the fit is usually so good that it kind of makes sense. I don’t know, I always end up finding something I like there.

"Arrived Quickly"
It actually came fast, like, sooner than I was expecting. The only thing was the tracking was kind of slow to update, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was for a bit, but yeah, it showed up fine.

"Surprisingly Easy Shopping Trip"
The staff were friendly and actually helpful without hovering the whole time, which was a nice surprise. They weren’t overly pushy like you might expect, so shopping ended up being way easier than I thought it would be.

I ordered this dress not expecting too much for the price, but oh my gosh, I was actually so impressed. The quality is way better than I thought it would be, and it fits really nicely too. I tried it on and immediately felt like I had pulled off some kind of shopping miracle. Definitely worth it!

"Sizing Felt a Little Off"
The product descriptions were accurate overall, but I had a gut feeling the sizing might not be quite right when I ordered, and that ended up being true for one of the tops. I had to return it, which was a bit annoying. Not a bad experience, just wish the sizing info had been a little more reliable

"Simple pieces that still feel special"
I’m picky when I shop, and with Kookai I tend to go straight for the clean tops and dresses without really paying much attention to anything too busy. Their designs are simple, but there’s usually some little detail that makes them feel more special. I like that I can wear a lot of their pieces to work or out after without feeling overdressed. The colours are usually really too. Overall, their style just feels classy in an effortless way.

I had a small issue with my order, but customer support got back to me quickly. It did take one extra email to get everything fully sorted out, but in the end it was handled fine. Overall, I’d say the experience was positive and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

"Super easy checkout!!!"
I ordered a dress from KOOKAI and honestly... I was happy with the shipping cost!! It didn’t feel ridiculous or over the top like some other online stores can be. Checkout was really simple, and the delivery fee was shown clearly before I paid, which I appreciated!!! No random surprise charges at the end or anything weird... so yeah, 5 stars from me!!
